Refund policy

✅ Eligible Returns (Incorrect or Damaged Orders Only)

We will replace or refund your item only if:

  • The product arrived damaged,

  • The product is defective, or

  • You received the wrong item, size, or design.

If your order qualifies, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your package.

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • A photo of the issue

  • A short description of the problem

Our team will process a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.

❌ Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Incorrect size ordered

  • Buyer’s remorse

  • Change of mind

  • Slight color or placement variations due to screen or printing differences

  • Normal wear and tear

Because each item is printed on demand, we are unable to resell returned merchandise.
